SVIG Business Automation is an internal operational tool used by Solar Victoria Installation Group. It connects to an authorised Google Calendar account to read and update installation scheduling information, and to Google Drive only to create and attach job-related files selected or generated by the tool. The tool does not access Gmail, contacts, advertising data, or unrelated Drive files.

Google account data is used only to operate installation scheduling and attach supporting job records. OAuth credentials and refresh tokens are stored encrypted on the company’s privately managed automation server. Google account data is not sold or shared with third parties. Access can be revoked at any time from the Google Account permissions page.

Operational records are retained only for as long as reasonably required for business, legal, backup, and audit purposes and are protected using access controls appropriate to the privately managed system.
